Job summary

Bloom Therapy Center in Greenville, SC is hiring a Child and Family Therapist for school-based settings. You will provide individual and family therapy to children and caregivers, maintain clinical notes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary school team.

We offer on-campus office space, administrative support, and a 180-day school-year schedule with limited summer work. LMSW license required; bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Qualifications

• Active LMSW license in SC.
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience in child/family therapy.
• Fluency in English/Spanish is highly desirable (not required).
• Master's degree in Social Work is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for children and caregivers.
• Write comprehensive clinical notes meeting insurance standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team and school.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide individual and family therapy for children and caregivers usingpsychoeducation and evidence-based interventions for a variety of diagnoses.
• Write comprehensive clinical notes that meet insurance standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, supportive clinical team, and school.

Qualification Requirements for this Child and Family Therapist position:

• Active LMSW License
• 1 year of experience post graduate school
• Passion for working with children and systems
• Experience in a clinical counseling role
• Fluency in bilingual (English/Spanish) therapeutic communication is highly desirable! (not required)
  • Ability to conduct sessions in Spanish ie. provide interventions and psycho-education on various diagnosis/presenting issues.
