Bloom Therapy Center in Greenville, SC seeks a School-based Child and Family Therapist (LPC-A) to provide individual and family therapy to children and caregivers in an on-site school setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain insurance-compliant notes, and engage families using evidence-based interventions.

The role emphasizes clinician wellbeing, supervision, CEUs, and streamlined documentation.

Qualifications

• Active LPC-A license in South Carolina.
• 1 year of post-graduate experience.
• Passion for working with children and systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable (not required).
• Ability to conduct sessions in Spanish and provide interventions/psycho-education.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide individual and family therapy for children and caregivers using psychoeducation and evidence-based interventions for a variety of diagnoses.
• Write comprehensive clinical notes that meet insurance standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, supportive clinical team, and school.

Qualification Requirements for this Child and Family Therapist position:

• Active LPC-A License
• 1 year of experience post graduate school
• Passion for working with children and systems
• Experience in a clinical counseling role
• Fluency in bilingual (English/Spanish) therapeutic communication is highly desirable! (not required)
  • Ability to conduct sessions in Spanish ie. provide interventions and psycho-education on various diagnosis/presenting issues.
