Job summary

Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) is seeking a Hackathons Intern to help design and execute engaging events for students aged 11–26. The role blends logistics, curriculum planning, speaker selection, and participant communication to deliver high-impact experiences.

You will work with the Student Engagement Team, supporting both virtual and on-site activities while learning Salesforce reporting, KPI tracking, and project development in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Majors in CS, Business, Economics or PM preferred, but not required.
  • Curiosity about AI and its applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee virtual and in-person hackathon logistics, schedule, curricula, speakers, registrations, and day-of activities.
  • Create logistics packets, landing/registration pages, Zoom links, invites, and participant emails.
  • Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with intern supervisor on new projects and ideas.
  • Track and report KPIs for events and programs.
