Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated HACCP/Food Safety Technician to ensure adherence to the plant's HACCP plan. You will monitor CCPs, document deviations, and coordinate with Production and QA to keep processes compliant.

The role requires wearing PPE, working in a cold, moist environment, and flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and extended shifts as needed. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are beneficial. Equal opportunity employer.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:Primarily responsible for ensuring we follow our company's HACCP plan. Responsible for monitoring HACCP CCP’s at the specified frequency as stated in the plant’s HACCP plan or as necessary depending on conditions.
