Job summary

Silver Hills is seeking a HACCP Coordinator to join the Quality Assurance team at our Rossville Plant. The role will independently coordinate food safety programs, drive audits, training, corrective actions and document control, ensuring risks are mitigated and reported to the Quality Assurance Manager.

You will develop and implement HACCP plans, maintain training matrices, and lead cross-functional teams to uphold strict food safety standards in a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science or equal/relevant education
• 3+ years working in a similar role
• Proven knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, FSMA Preventive Controls and food safety systems (HACCP cert required)
• Strong data tracking and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HACCP, BRC, FSMA and other quality programs
• Maintain site training matrix and track overdue training
• Conduct risk analysis and lead corrective actions
• Prepare and execute audit schedules and manage findings
• Maintain internal audit program and ensure compliance with procedures and policies
• Support new product development and lead GMP walkthroughs
