The Judge Group is seeking a HACCP Coordinator in Madelia, MN to own and continuously improve the plant’s HACCP system for a high‑volume USDA‑regulated food operation. You will collaborate daily with QA, Operations, Sanitation and Maintenance to uphold food safety, regulatory compliance, and customer standards, with hands‑on responsibility on the production floor.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; degree in Food Science preferred.
• 2+ years in quality assurance, food safety, or production in the food industry.
• Working knowledge of USDA and HACCP principles.
• Understanding of CCP monitoring and food safety documentation.
• HACCP certified or able to become certified.
• Exceptional accuracy and documentation control.
• Ability to handle confidential regulatory documents.

Aufgaben

• Daily record review for HACCP, SSOP, QA and production records.
• Ensure CCP monitoring records are documented, signed, dated and within limits.
• Identify errors or missing documentation and notify for correction.
• Maintain logs for CCP monitoring, temperature and HACCP validations.
• Write SOPs.
