Job summary

Arc-Glow is seeking an Assistant Habilitation Manager to support daily program operations, including direct service delivery, documentation, and staff training. You will act in the absence of the Habilitation Manager and lead DSPs to coordinate activities within the program.

Responsibilities include attending Life Plan meetings, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and maintaining safety and quality in service delivery. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and services to individuals as outlined in the SAP.
• Accurately document all services in EHR or paper notes.
• Monitor service delivery notes for consistency and report issues.
• Attend Life Plan meetings and assist with scheduling daily activities.
• Supervise DSPs in the absence of the Habilitation Manager.
• Review and approve billing as requested.
• Ensure safety, HIPAA compliance, and program housekeeping.
