Successful Living in Iowa City is seeking a Home Lead to supervise staff and support adults with chronic mental illness in agency-owned homes. You will guide staff, monitor client goals, and ensure daily routines and service plans are followed.

Schedule is primarily M-F 7AM-3PM, with occasional nights and weekends as needed to cover shifts. You will coordinate with care teams, document progress, and uphold safety and compliance standards while fostering independence and community integration for

Qualificações

• 2+ years of Human Service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Pass multiple background checks including dependent adult/child abuse, criminal background, and driving records.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, privately insured car.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary counselor and directing staff to clients.
• Supervise house staff and coordinate scheduling and coverage.
• Ensure client notes and documentation are completed timely.
• Attend scheduled team meetings and participate in trainings.
• Maintain safety and compliance of the house and resident care plans.
• Develop and maintain rapport with clients’ care teams and community resources.
