BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals to work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Dormont, Bethel Park, and Mount Lebanon, PA. The role offers potential for up to 40 hours and paid weekly wages.

You will provide personal care, accompany clients to appointments, assist with daily tasks, and help with community activities in a respectful, supportive environment. Join BAYADA’s caring team today.

Competenze

• Experience helping individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Apprentice/training programs available if you lack specific experience.

We have part time with the potential for 40 hours; job openings in the following locations:

• Dormont, PA
• Bethel Park, PA
• Mount Lebanon, PA

Job Responsibilities for DSPs

• You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
• You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• You will participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for DSPs:

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program
• High school diploma or equivalent
