We are a privately-held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers’ needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.

Our capabilities are constantly expanding and currently include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes a complete in-house tool and die department and fastener distributorship.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Must be able to independently setup, program and operate Haas Mills, Knee Mills and other equipment.
2. Machine complex, high tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models.
3. Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gage blocks, micrometers and dial calipers.
4. Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances based on specifications.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
2. 3+ years of machining experience.
3. Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills.
5. Excellent attendance and a positive, “can do” attitude.

THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:

1. Solidworks and/or MasterCAM experience.
2. EDM experience.
3. Previous tool room experience.
