ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

We are a privately-held independent metal fabrication company that produces components used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers' needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.

Our capabilities include metal stamping, laser cutting, brake forming, tubular stamped components, CNC and Swiss machined parts, wire forms, thread rolling, weldments, and integrated assemblies. Our modern facility includes an in-house tool and die department and a fastener distributorship.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Setup, program, and operate Haas Mills, Knee Mills, and other equipment independently.
  • Machine complex, high-tolerance parts from blueprints and models.
  • Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, gage blocks, micrometers, and dial calipers.
  • Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances based on specifications.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 3+ years of machining experience.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attendance and a positive, "can do" attitude.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED):
  • Solidworks and/or MasterCAM experience.
  • EDM experience.
  • Previous tool room experience.
