Qualifications

Required: HAAS CNC machine experience.
Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and milling machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of tooling, speeds, feeds, and machine adjustments.

Manufacturing experience emphasizing safety and precision.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate HAAS CNC lathes and milling machines according to job specifications.
Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed.
Edit and optimize CNC programs (manual code experience a plus).
Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent production and quality.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
