Candidates should have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in precision metal fabrication, strong HAAS mill and lathe operation skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in a metal fabrication or job shop environment.
• Proficiency with HAAS controls (HAAS mills and/or lathes) is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
