Total Safety U.S., Inc. is seeking an H2S Technician to join a safety‑driven team. The role operates and maintains gas detection systems and breathing air safety equipment on rigs or platforms, prioritizing safety and compliance.

You will perform routine calibrations, inspections, and servicing, document work accurately, and support cross‑training within the shop and field environments. A high school diploma or GED and basic H2S experience are required; training opportunities are provided.

Qualificações

• 3–6 months’ H2S and/or Upstream experience.
• Complete H2S Academy Training to include H2S Training, SAFE GULF or SAFE LAND.
• First aid responder training preferred.
• State and OSHA regulations training.
• Customer Service skills training.
• Trained to complete site inspections using SMART Inspections program.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in rigging Gas Detection Systems.
• Assist in operation and maintenance gas detection systems and breathing air safety equipment.
• Calibrates gas detection.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checks on equipment.
• Fit testing of customer’s personnel.
• Inspect and service cooling & shower trailers.
• Follow TS & Customer policies and procedures.
• Document all inspection and repair tasks accurately.
