Job summary

Foothill Packing Inc. is seeking an experienced H2A Manager to support the H2A department and supervise day-to-day program activities, including recruitment, onboarding, housing, and logistics.

You will ensure compliance with applicable federal/state requirements and collaborate with HR, operations, vendors, and managers to maintain accurate worker records. The role requires leadership of staff, strategic planning for housing and transport, and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines, locations, vendors, crews, and worker groups.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply contracts, agency requirements, policies, and compliance procedures.
• Travel frequently to fields, recruitment events, border locations, and other company operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred or required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, housing, onboarding, worker movement, and closeout activities across operating areas.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company standards for H2A programs.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, operations, housing teams, and managers to ensure accuracy of contracts and worker records.
• Monitor H2A contract periods, first date worked, recruitment periods, extensions, replacements, terminations, abandonments, and end-of-season reporting.
