This role drives continuous improvement, develops future leaders, and partners with site leadership to meet production and cost objectives while delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5-10 years of linerboard or paper manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of paper machine operations, safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, compliant, and injury-free work environment.
• Manage paper machine operations to meet production, quality, and cost objectives.
