About the Role
As a Department Supervisor, you will support the store's sales and profit goals by executing plans to deliver the best customer experience in your department and the overall store. You will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet customer and colleague expectations.

Job Description
The role involves supporting sales and profit goals, delivering excellent customer service, managing visual and commercial standards, and leading your team effectively. Responsibilities include maintaining store presentation, stock levels, and operational routines, as well as fostering team development and ensuring compliance with procedures and legal standards.

A Day in the Life
Your typical day may include:

• Supporting the omni-channel customer experience and visual standards
• Representing the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identifying commercial opportunities and collaborating with your Department Manager
• Promoting customer loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives
• Managing fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns, and exchanges

Fashion & Trend Awareness
Staying updated with fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors, and sharing this knowledge with your team to enhance customer interactions.

Team & Development
Sharing knowledge, collaborating with visual merchandisers, providing and receiving feedback, and motivating your team through regular communication.

Retail Operations & Visual & Commercial Execution
Maintaining store cleanliness, visual standards, stock levels, and operational routines, including opening and closing the store daily.
