Job summary

Elevation Land Solutions seeks an experienced H&H Project Manager to lead drainage and hydrologic/hydraulic projects in a collaborative, people-first culture. You’ll mentor teams, manage client relationships, and drive successful outcomes for municipal and land development projects.

This role requires a Texas P.E. or ability to obtain within six months, 7–10+ years in H&H, and strong leadership and communication skills. Join us to elevate client experiences and deliver elite service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Texas P.E. license or ability to obtain within six months.
• 7–10+ years of H&H and drainage engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.
• Proactive problem solver with analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

What You'll Do

As an H&H Project Manager, you'll lead drainage and hydrologic/hydraulic engineering projects from concept through completion while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple H&H and drainage projects from proposal through final delivery
• Developing innovative, practical engineering solutions for complex challenges
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders
• Leading project teams of engineers and technical staff
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensuring quality, accuracy, and technical excellence on every project
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across land development projects
• Assisting with business development and helping secure new opportunities
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers and technical staff

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas, or the ability to obtain within six months
• 7–10+ years of Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) and drainage engineering experience
• Proven experience managing engineering projects, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with industry-standard engineering and design software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
• A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
