Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a highly skilled NP/PA to provide perioperative and outpatient gynecologic care, including robotic, open and laparoscopic surgeries. The role emphasizes coordination of care, patient education and collaboration with obstetric-gynecologic physicians.

The successful candidate will have a Master's in Nursing or Physician Assistant, APRN or PA licensure, BLS, and experience with the DaVinci robot. 30 hours per week, on-site in the Cambridge area.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• MA Nursing License and APRN authorization.
• ARC-PA, NCCPA certification preferred if PA track.
• Experience with DaVinci Robot and surgical assisting.
• Proficiency with office software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist obstetric-gynecologists in laparoscopic, open and robotic surgeries during weekdays.
• Provide perioperative evaluation and management in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage gynecologic conditions under physician supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications and order tests.
• Interpret labs and imaging to guide patient care; coordinate with care teams.
