Job summary

Insight Hospital and Medical Center in Michigan seeks a board-certified Gynecologist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered gynecologic care in a hospital-owned outpatient clinic. Qualifications

• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Active Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care in accordance with established clinical privileges, standards of care, and evidence-based guidelines.
• Deliver outpatient gynecologic services including well-woman exams, contraception, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries consistent with granted privileges.
• Evaluate and manage early pregnancy-related conditions within the scope of gynecologic services.
• Provide on-call phone triage and hospital-based gynecology coverage as required.
• Provide medical direction and clinical oversight of APPs and other staff in accordance with state law and policy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
