Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to diverse patient populations, including routine examinations, consultations, and complex case management.
• Perform obstetric procedures including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, managing labor and delivery with clinical precision and evidence-based protocols.
• Conduct gynecological procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries, and other minimally invasive interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough clinical assessment and current medical guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Stay current with advances in obstetrics and gynecology through continuing education and professional development.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical case reviews.
• Provide on-call coverage as required by the organization's scheduling protocols.
