Job summary

GSK is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for Gynecological Oncology in the Mid-Atlantic/South Atlantic regions. This role builds strategic relationships with external experts across academic and community oncology to ensure commercial strategies reflect patient realities and upcoming launches.

The position leads engagement planning, translates field perspectives into actionable insights, and collaborates with US/Global Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory partners to shape brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology experience required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 60-80%.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external expert engagement plans to build long-term partnerships and generate insights.
• Plan and execute external engagements aligned to brand priorities and needs, live or virtual.
• Create and manage a thought leader network to optimize engagement and insights.
• Gather regional insights from external experts and share with brand leadership to shape strategy and launches.
• Support advisory boards, expert consultancies, and congress engagements to inform commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure compliant, strategic external engagements.
