Job summary

The Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University seeks a clinical Gynecologic Oncology Attending to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The rank will be Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor based on experience.

Responsibilities include direct oncologic care, robotic surgical techniques, radiotherapy collaboration, and teaching residents and students in ambulatory, inpatient, and telehealth settings.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent and completion of an accredited residency in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Completed fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology with eligibility for Georgia licensure and ABOG subspecialty certification.
• Expertise in robotic surgery for oncologic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct gynecologic oncologic care including chemotherapy and surgery.
• Gynecologic surgical care using minimally invasive techniques with the da Vinci system.
• Support and consult with general OBGYN physicians on complex cases.
• Experience in radiotherapy for gynecologic malignancies.
• Supervision and teaching to residents and medical students.
• Ambulatory, inpatient, and telehealth clinical care.
