Duke Raleigh Campus, part of Duke University Health System, is hiring a Registered Nurse on the GYN Oncology unit. The RN will plan, provide and document professional nursing care per physician orders, guided by policy, for patients in a dynamic oncology setting.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, supervising licensed and unlicensed staff, and acting as charge nurse when needed. Required experience, BSN/ADN, and licensure timelines are specified. Commitment to quality care is essential.

• Experience using the nursing process to assess patient needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in documenting care using electronic or paper systems.
• Familiarity with care planning and patient education.
