Duke Raleigh Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hematology and oncology nursing care in Raleigh, NC. The role requires graduation from an accredited BSN program and NC RN licensure, with at least 12 months of clinical experience. BLS certification is required.

The RN will plan, provide and document care, delegate tasks to other staff, and participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement efforts in a Magnet-designated health system.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program. Exception: RN hires between 2014 and 2021 encouraged to enroll in BSN within two years but complete within seven years.
• Twelve months of appropriate clinical experience is required.
• Must have current NC RN licensure. BLS required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff; act as team leader or charge nurse as assigned.
• Maintain competency and participate in performance improvement activities and professional development.
