Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a care plan for a specific patient assignment.
• Maintain clear and concise communication across shifts and care team.
• Document care accurately following nursing standards and policies.
• Educate patients and families using department resources.
• Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and participate in unit committees.
• Support staff development and orientation as needed.
