Job summary

The City and County of Broomfield invites applications for a Gymnastics Instructor I. The role focuses on teaching preschool through pre-team participants aged 2.5 to 12, following provided lesson plans and ensuring a safe, enjoyable learning environment.

Programs run weekdays with some weekend shifts. Candidates need little to no education, but a background in gymnastics is preferred, and a minimum age of 14 is required. Free facility pass offered.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirements.
• Experience in teaching gymnastics is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background and other pre/post-offer checks.

Responsibilities

• Teaches class content appropriate to the class level.
• Demonstrates gymnastics techniques per level.
• Enforces gym safety rules and regulations.
• Sets up and takes down equipment as needed.
• Evaluates participants and provides feedback to participants and parents.
• Attends scheduled meetings.
• Completes required certifications promptly.
