Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to education and play within The Little Gym's environment.
• Teach classes based on our curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for members.

Ideal Candidate

• Loves having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a child.
• Has a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics (preferred but not required).
• Enjoys serving others and making kids and parents feel valued.
• Maintains a positive attitude and knows when to focus and when to have fun.

Schedule

• Part-time position: 15-25 hours/week.
• Tuesday to Friday afternoons, Saturdays required, additional hours on Monday and Sunday.

Additional Information

The Little Gym offers programs for children ages 4 months to 12 years, focusing on movement-based learning and imaginative play to foster confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. Our franchisee, Somersault Operating, owns multiple locations across several states, and your application will be directed to them. All employment decisions are made locally by the franchise management.
