We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love working with children, enjoy being active, and want to make a positive impact through fun and engaging classes.

What We Expect From You

• Introduce kids to education and play within The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal Candidate

• Enjoys having fun, giving high-fives, and playing with children.
• Has a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics (preferred but not required).
• Loves serving others and making children and parents feel valued.
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates (a fun bonus!).

Schedule

• Part-time position, 15-25 hours weekly.
• Tuesday to Friday afternoons, weekends (Saturday required), with additional hours on Monday and Sunday.

About The Little Gym

We are a premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months to 12 years, using movement-based learning and imaginative play to foster confidence and skills.

Our trained instructors nurture confident, happy children through various classes and activities, creating lasting relationships in our community.

Additional Details

This position is with a franchisee, Somersault Operating, which owns multiple locations across several states. All applications go directly to the franchise for hiring decisions.

Compensation

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
