Job summary

The Little Gym of Morgan Hill is seeking a Gymnastics Coach to introduce children to a fun and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will teach classes using our proven curriculum while providing excellent customer service to members and parents.

Candidates should enjoy working with kids, be energetic, and maintain a positive atmosphere. Flexibility in scheduling is required with availability on weekends and weekdays. This position offers hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $19.00.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Enjoy working with children and interacting with parents.
• Fun, energetic, and able to maintain a positive, high‑mood atmosphere.
• Can balance playfulness with the ability to focus and complete job tasks.
• Service‑oriented mindset and a desire to help children build confidence and skills.
