Job Title: Gymnastics Coach

Join us at The Little Gym International as a Gymnastics Coach. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to lead recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels.

Pay Range

This range is provided by The Little Gym International. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational gymnastics classes, creating a fun and positive learning environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in class.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with parents about skill progression and class information.
• Assist with gym set-up and clean-up before and after classes.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of coaching gymnastics or high-level achievement as a competitive gymnast.
• Knowledge of and ability to grow skills in tumbling, bar, beam, and vault.
