Your Leadership Role

  • Serve as a master instructor, teaching our signature classes across all age groups
  • Mentor and train other coaches, helping them develop their teaching skills
  • Help develop and implement curriculum enhancements for our programs
  • Evaluate class quality and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Participate in programmatic decisions alongside management
  • Ensure all classes meet The Little Gym International's rigorous standards
  • Build lasting relationships with member families to increase retention
  • Take the lead in special events, camps, and Parent Survival Nights

About The Little Gym of Dunwoody

Our location is part of The Little Gym's global network of 300+ centers dedicated to child development through movement, music, and gymnastics. We offer classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years in a clean, safe environment where each child is encouraged to develop at their own pace.
