Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a member service representative to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build trust-based relationships, listen to goals, and recommend personalized solutions to support overall fitness success.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail or fitness sales experience, a CPR/AED certification within 60 days, and flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to serve our member community.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and address questions or concerns.
• Help keep the gym clean, maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a high-quality sales and service experience to all guests and members, encouraging next steps in fitness goals.
• Serve as the first face members see, providing a welcoming onboarding experience and prompt assistance.
