Position Description

Position Title: Certified Personal Trainer

FLSA Status: Hourly

Compensation: Base pay is $15.00 per hour. Average pay is $20.00 per hour!
Client Training Session Range: $22.00-$33.00 per hour!
Semi-private Training Session Range: $44.00-$66.00 per hour!

Purpose

The personal trainer is a trusted team member guiding clients on their health and fitness journey through a world-class training experience, embodying our UPLIFT values with a caring approach. The trainer will also focus on acquiring and retaining clients.

Deliverables

• Acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
• Schedule and deliver personal training sessions, following all processes for client success.
• Adjust training approaches to meet individual needs, creating a caring and connected environment.
• Foster an approachable environment around the training cage, engaging with members and guests positively and professionally.

Create a supportive community utilizing VASA programs and resources to ensure ongoing client success.

Requirements

Preferred qualifications and experience are encouraged, but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
