Position Description

POSITION TITLE: Certified Personal Trainer

FLSA STATUS: Hourly

COMPENSATION: Base pay is $15.00 per hour. Average pay is $20.00 per hour!
Client Training Session Range: $22.00-$33.00 per hour!
Semi-private Training Session Range: $44.00-$66.00 per hour!
Females and bilingual Spanish-speakers encouraged to apply!

Purpose

The personal trainer is a trusted team member guiding clients on their health and fitness journey through a world-class training experience, embodying our UPLIFT values and fostering genuine connections. The trainer will focus on acquiring and retaining clients through effective planning and execution.

Deliverables

• Acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
• Schedule and deliver personal training sessions, ensuring client success.
• Adjust exercise programming to meet individual needs, demonstrating care and connection.
• Create an approachable, energetic, and inclusive environment around the training area, maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Create a supportive community by utilizing VASA programs and resources for ongoing client success.

Requirements

Preferred: Experience in health, wellness, or fitness industries; entry-level accepted.
