Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness facility management experience.
• Experience with supervising a team.
• Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow the gym level business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Build strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Manage team schedules and assign areas of responsibility.
• Oversee training standards and develop team members.
• Conduct team meetings and set team goals.
• Expand and develop the business with a focus on sales and operations.
• Ensure timely resolution to all member inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness according to brand standards.
