Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a Club Leader at our Saint Peters, MO location. You will oversee the club's overall operations and financial performance, driving profitability, asset management and member satisfaction while coordinating with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

As a leader, you will embody our mission and culture, guide staff, hire as needed, and foster teamwork, enthusiasm and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading health club or fitness facility teams.
• Ability to drive profitability and member satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and financial performance of the club including profitability and asset management.
• Manage departments: Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance; communicate with heads.
• Live the company mission and culture, lead by example and uphold The Edge spirit.
• Collaborate with department heads on hiring staff for the club.
