Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to General Manager through team development and metrics analysis.
• Be flexible with scheduling and cover shifts as needed.
• Greet members and conduct club tours to drive business and lead by example.
• Ensure timely, professional responses to member service submissions.
• Open/close the club properly and maintain knowledge of promotions and policies.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and KPI initiatives.
