Job summary

The Little Gym Milpitas is seeking a Gym Manager to oversee the location’s performance. This part‑time to full‑time role reports to the owners of The Little Gym of Milpitas and leads a team to deliver outstanding service and a stellar member experience.

Responsibilities include selling programs, teaching classes, managing daily operations, hiring and training staff, and maintaining facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Great attitude and strong work ethic.
• Love to have fun and bring joy to others.

Job Summary

The Gym Manager is a part‑time (to full‑time) position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location in Milpitas. The Gym Manager reports directly to the owners of The Little Gym of Milpitas.

Compensation

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
