Job summary

The Little Gym in Glendale, Wisconsin is seeking a Gym Manager for a part-time to career-level role. The Gym Manager is responsible for managing operations, teaching classes, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics.

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Management experience preferred.

Job Summary

The Gym Manager is a part-time to career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. Typically, the Gym Manager reports directly to the owners of a specific The Little Gym location.

• Manage day-to-day operations
• Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
