Job summary

The Little Gym of Milpitas is seeking a Gym Manager for a part-time to full-time position. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the gym by providing outstanding customer service and leading a dedicated team.

Ideal candidates should have a background in child development or physical education, along with experience in customer service and management. Strong time management skills and a positive attitude are essential for this fun, high-energy environment dedicated to children's growth and development.

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Management experience is beneficial.
• Excellent time management skills are required.

Job Summary

The Gym Manager is a part-time (to full‑time) position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. The Gym Manager reports directly to the owners of The Little Gym of Milpitas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and a membership experience second to none
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
• Teach great classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Manage day‑to‑day operations
• Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
• Maintain facility and equipment

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer service experience
• Management experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
