Anytime Fitness is seeking a leader who can drive revenue and manage daily operations while maintaining a high-energy gym environment. You will own sales performance and staff accountability, oversee routines, and ensure an exceptional member experience with proactive problem-solving.

The role combines sales responsibilities with day-to-day operations, requiring a self-starter mindset and strong communication with members and staff. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented leadership position.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills—you’re comfortable holding people accountable.
• Sales experience (fitness industry preferred, but not required).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction.
• Confident communicator (with staff and members).
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Passion for fitness and helping people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales and revenue growth.
• Manage and coach trainers and staff for performance and accountability.
• Oversee daily gym operations (cleanliness, organization, scheduling).
• Ensure a high-level member experience and retention.
• Handle leads, tours, and follow-ups (this is a sales role).
• Track key metrics (sales, retention, trainer performance).
• Solve problems quickly and proactively.
