Job summary

Club4 Fitness in Orlando is seeking a General Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer experience. This role oversees club operations, staff development, budgeting, and community relations to achieve KPI targets and sustainable profitability.

The GM will manage daily operations, ensure policy compliance, monitor payroll, and develop staff to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Five years supervisor or manager experience, preferably in fitness/hospitality/retail in high-volume setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree or four years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, manage, train, and develop staff including Assistant Managers, MODs, Front Desk staff, Childcare staff and others as applicable.
• Drive club sales through proactive calls to prospective members and achieve location sales targets.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere for members, guests, and prospective members with superior customer service guidance.
• Support staff development and growth across the organization.
• Address issues promptly and respectfully for staff and members, including online interactions.
• Promote a superior customer experience within the club and actively represent Club4Fitness in local communities.
• Monitor deposits, policy compliance, staff performance, and payroll/scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain club cleanliness and pass inspections; complete monthly/weekly paperwork and maintain club documentation.
