Job summary

Gold’s Gym Tennessee is hiring a front desk/guest services team member. No degree or certification is required; we provide training to help you connect with and motivate members. You will assist guests with memberships, check-ins, and questions while supporting a collaborative club environment.

We offer hourly pay with two paychecks per month or DailyPay, plus perks like a free gym membership, employee discounts, and development mentoring with club management.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification required; training provided.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect, communicate with, and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Meet the manager on duty to review the day’s assignments.
• Assist guests with new memberships and members with checking in/questions.
• 30-minute lunch break and/or other breaks are included based on shift length.
• Opportunity to participate in free workout.
