Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative in San Antonio to deliver exceptional front desk service, drive membership sales, and promote club programs. You’ll be the face of the club, greeting members, handling check-ins, answering calls, and supporting daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm and provides cheerful support at the front desk.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion and program standards.
• Checks in members and guests following company procedures and resolves check-ins as needed.
• Answers phones courteously and professionally.
• Communicates special events to members and guests.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and front desk.
• May assist in cleaning beyond shift duties to keep the facility ready for opening.
