Taymax Group, a multi-unit Planet Fitness franchisee, is hiring a Member Services Representative in Nashville. You will welcome members and guests, handle front-desk tasks, tours, sign-ups, and code updates to member accounts.

The role supports the Club Manager and fosters a clean, welcoming gym environment. We value reliability, team spirit, and a customer-first mindset, with duties ranging from phone support to daily maintenance and occasional special cleaning projects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively with members and co-workers.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and solve problems.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and conduct tours for prospective members.
• Sign up new members, calculating rates and monthly payment amounts.
• Assist the Club Manager with cash handling tasks as needed.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions appropriately.
• Maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness; perform cleaning tasks as required.
• Complete daily duties within the first hour of shift and regular cleaning rounds.
• Perform walk-arounds and bathroom checks; handle any special cleaning projects.
• Other duties as needed by club requirements.
