Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to coordinate activities and enforce park district rules.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 3 months of employment; district provides training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of facility and organize equipment on site.
• Greet participants and check in all participants.
• Set up and takedown of the gymnasium for the sports played.
• Monitor and maintain the safety of all participants.
• Attend staff meetings and training programs.
• Enforce Park District rules and address discipline as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive public image.
• Identify participants and know their names, personalities, and interests.
• Report maintenance needs and complete paperwork and logs.
