Job summary

Gold's Gym in Richland, WA is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to ensure all gym facilities remain safe, clean, and fully operational. This role oversees building maintenance, fitness equipment repairs, housekeeping operations, and the Facility Ticketing System.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Certifications in plumbing, mechanical, or electrical trades preferred.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience; fitness facility experience preferred.
• Ability to read manuals and follow written instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled with hand tools and some power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Flexibility for after-hours or weekend work when needed.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Fitness equipment repair and preventative care.
• Housekeeping supervision: support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Train staff on cleaning standards and chemical safety.
• Implement cleaning schedules and quality inspections.
• Maintain pool, spa, and sauna areas; ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Perform routine HVAC, electrical, and plumbing PM tasks.
• Complete carpentry repairs, lighting replacements, and painting projects.
• Update and manage the Facility Ticketing System for all work orders and PM tasks.
• Collaborate with approved vendors and order necessary parts.
