Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a part-time Gym Monitor to oversee gym activities at the Midlothian Family YMCA. The role includes maintaining the gym, equipment inventory, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.

Availability weeknights 5:00–9:00 PM and/or weekends 1:00–5:00 PM is preferred. Ideal candidates are service oriented, able to communicate effectively, and comfortable with using a computer and telephone.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall gymnasium services and maintenance.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of events and gym rentals.
• Maintain equipment inventory and ensure member and staff safety and engagement.
