Job summary

Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is hiring a Fitness Service Technician to ensure optimal performance and member safety by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fitness equipment across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in mechanical repair within the fitness industry, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer service abilities. This hands-on role requires travel between sites and knowledge of commercial fitness equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical repair or facilities maintenance within the fitness industry.
• Familiarity with major commercial fitness equipment brands like Life Fitness and Technogym.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work on knees or ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on fitness equipment.
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls and repairs.
